POLICE are hunting two thieves who pushed a man over before snatching his bag.

The 31-year-old victim was robbed while walking in an alleyway between Bournemouth Road and Templars Way, in Chandlers Ford.

He was pushed to the floor by the men who stolen his bag and took £280 from his wallet.

The man injured his wrist and was left shaken by the incident.

His bag was found nearby, missing the cash.

The first man is described as in his early 20s, of slim build, 6ft 1in tall and wearing a black hoody with the hood up and blue trainers with bright green stripes.

The second is described as aged in his early 20s, of slim build, 5ft 5in tall and wearing a maroon coloured hoody with the hood up.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who was passing the location around the time of the incident, which happened between 9am and 10am on Friday , who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously to come forward.
