A HAMPSHIRE charity has made two new appointments.
The Campaign to Protect Rural England (Hampshire) has named Peter Lindon as a trustee and Paul Richards as treasurer following its annual meeting.
Peter, a semi-retired transport professional, has spent 40 years advising on major rail projects and is passionate about the “sustainability”
of transport.
Paul replaces Tony Fessler as treasurer and has spent a career in management and senior director positions with the Shell Group.
Dee Haas, chairman of CPRE Hampshire, said: “We are very happy to welcome both Paul and Peter to our Executive Committee. Both of them have very solid professional backgrounds and are just the kind of people that we would like to be working with at CPRE.”
