VANDALS have caused damage to public toilets near a public paddling pool.
Staff from Fleming Park Leisure Centre in Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh, became aware of a group of youths, believed to be aged between 13 and 15, outside the toilets near the pool who ran off when staff approached.
The member of staff smelt burned paper and noticed damage to the men’s toilet.
A tile had broken off the wall, there were paint chippings on the floor and damage to the underside of the toilet paper dispenser.
Similar damage was done to disabled toilet in the incident on Thursday between 1.45pm and 2pm.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to call PC Catherine Manns at Eastleigh Police on 101.
