Summer school pupils to be rewarded for efforts
SUMMER school pupils will be rewarded for their efforts at a medal presentation.
A total of 60 new Year 7 students at Oasis Academy Lordshill joined staff for a packed programme of activities during the school holidays.
It was a chance for the new intake to meet new peers, make new friends, and learn their way around the school.
They also took part in team-building games, art, sport, cake-making and information technology, as well as spending a day on the Oasis Down to Earth farm in Green Lane.
The presentation will take place on Friday.
