Proposals for 14 new city flats
PROPOSALS for 14 new flats in Southampton will go before city councillors.
Homelife Developments wants to build the part two-storey, part three-storey building on land to the rear of Winchester Road and Warren Avenue.
The building would be divided between nine two-bed, three three-bed and two four-bed flats.
City council officers have recommended that the planning panel approve the plans at the committee’s meeting on September 2.
