WALKERS, riders and cyclists are being urged to stay away from three pony round-ups to be staged in the New Forest next week.

The Verderers have said that round-ups, known as drifts, will be held at Godshill and Woodgreen on September 10, Slufters on September 12 and Culverley on September 14.

Everybody stay away from the new forest on these dates, if there are any cruise liners in Southampton stay away from there too, best just stay at home, lock all doors & windows whilst you are at it, just in case..

Pretty sure the New Forest gets visitors from all over the country in their droves who may not have seen this notice. If anyone is involved in these round ups they'd do well to remember that not everyone reads the DE who visits the Forest before they lose their deer stalkers over a couple of innocents from Yorkshire having a detour.
