Pensioner escapes serious injury after car overturns
An elderly driver escaped with minor injuries after her car overturned.
The woman was taken to hospital in an ambulance after her black Mini Cooper was involved in a collision with a Hyundai Getz at the Ipley Cross junction, Beaulieu Road, yesterday.
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 3pm.
There were long tailbacks and the incident was cleared by 4.25pm.
