A NINE-year-old boy remained in a critical condition in hospital last night after a crash in Southampton.
The boy was seriously injured when his bicycle collided with a car, but is in a stable condition.
He sustained head injuries in the crash in James Street.
The collision with a silver Vauxhall Corsa occurred on Thursday at 4.45pm and police are appealing for witnesses.
A police spokesman confirmed that no arrests have been made and that officers have spoken to the 18-year-old male driver of the Corsa, who was unharmed.
