Poaching on the increase
POLICE have received reports of increased poaching activity across rural Hampshire.
Reports have come in from villages including Sutton Scotney, Hinton Ampner, Micheldever, Chilton Candover, Preston Candover, Colemore and East Tisted.
At Micheldever, a Suzuki Vitara HX51 EUL was spotted hare coursing and was found abandoned in woodland the following day.
In most of these locations extensive damage has been caused to crops, fields, hedges or fences and gates.
