AWARD-WINNING vintners shared their secrets with their local MP on their vineyard in Droxford.

Donna and David Line gave Meon Valley MP George Hollingbery a tour of Poppydown Vineyards in Mayhill Lane, discussing their wine-making techniques and their success with the start-up business.

The couple won a bronze medal at the London Sommelier Wine Awards for their elderflower bubbly last month.

Donna Line said: “He enjoyed himself and offered his help – not picking grapes or anything but he gave us some business advice.”
