X-Factor star goes back to school
SOUTHAMPTON youngsters got a taste of The X Factor when former finalist Kitty Brucknell performed at their school.
The outlandish performer from last year’s series took to the stage at Redbridge and Bitterne Park schools as part of a tour.
Victoria Burr, assistant head at Bitterne Park School, said: "It’s been a great opportunity for Bitterne Park School to host Kitty Brucknell.
"The students loved her performance and more importantly found her story inspirational.
"We wish her well with her new single."
As part of her show Kitty performed her new single Glitter in the Sky, to the delight of her younger fans.
