Body builder training event
A HAMPSHIRE gym will be holding a seminar and training session today with a renowned body builder.
Samson’s Gym in Chamberlayne Road, Eastleigh, will welcome IFBB Pro body builder Alvin Small who will discuss training routines at the gym from 12pm through to 3pm.
