An area in Bangladesh
A ROPLEY home will this weekend host the sale of embroidered products made in Bangladesh.
The sale will be held tomorrow and over the weekend at 3 Sunnyside Cottage, Church Street, SO24 0DP, 01962 772146.
The items range from bedcovers and cushions covers to silk kimonos and Edward Lear-inspired lavender pillows.
The long-running project is the brainchild of Sophie Pattinson who over several years has worked in Bangladesh training up local village woman and providing employment.
