DEVELOPERS will be showing off their plans for 85 homes in a Hampshire community later today.
Radian Homes are proposing to build the one, two, three and four bedroom homes at Hatch Farm, in West End on land owned by Eastleigh Borough Council.
A consultation event is being held at West End Parish Centre, Chapel Road, West End from 4pm to 7.30pm.
Deputy Leader of the Council, Cllr Anne Winstanley, said: “I would encourage local people to go along and find out more about these plans for new homes at West End.
“We are committed to providing high quality homes for local people that will help address the shortage of housing locally.”
Andrea Smith, Director of Development and New Business at Radian, said: “Radian has a good track record of delivering affordable homes throughout the Borough and are pleased to be working in partnership with Eastleigh Borough Council on this exciting opportunity at Hatch Farm.”
