A HAMPSHIRE choir will aim to raise awareness of autism by entertaining shoppers today.
The Singing Spectrum, a new group of Hampshire-based adults who are all on the autism spectrum, will entertain shoppers with Christmas carols at Fareham Shopping Centre from midday until 2pm.
The group is the only one of its kind in Hampshire and recently performed for a Lunch Club in Gosport, among other venues in the Fareham area.
There will also be a collection in aid of Autism Hampshire alongside the carol singing, information about the services that the charity provides and how people can get involved all through the year.
The group meets regularly in the Gosport area and would welcome new members.
