Fire at children's home
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a blaze at a children's home in Hampshire in the early hours of the morning.
A 16-year-old girl had set fire to towels at the Milesdown home in Winton Close, Winchester.
A fire crew arrived at the scene at about 3am and put the fire out.
The 16-year-old was treated for smoke inhalation by paramedics at the scene.
