THREE men are being quizzed by police today following a stabbing in Hampshire.
Hampshire police were called to a woodland area next to Fareham train station last night at 9.52pm.
A man in his 40s was then found lying on the ground with serious injuries in West Street.
The victim had to have emergency surgery at Queen Alexandria Hospital in Cosham.
A 23-year-old man, a 26-year-old man and a 46-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have information cab call 101 and ask for the eastern investigation team.
