Customers and staff had to be evacuated after the fire alarm went off at a city bank.
Fire crews arrived at NatWest in Shirley High Street, in Southampton, at 1pm today to check for a blaze.
One of the six members of staff said they called Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service after the branch’s alarm went off.
They evacuated the building and watched as fire-fighters pulled up on Anglesea Road and entered the property through the back door.
