STUDENTS' innovative designs inspired by everything from the elements to recycling to racial tension are to take to the catwalk.
The annual Barton Peveril College Fashion Show will see AS and A2 textiles students display their best work at The Point theatre in Eastleigh tonight.
Called 'Elemental', outfits have been inspired by a wide range of starting points, concepts and techniques.
The AS level showcase will feature collections inspired by the elements: earth, air, fire, water and metal, with starting points including ice, water droplets, feathers, flames, leaves and bark.
There will be a matinee show at 3pm and evening show at 7.30pm.
