Pay deals are falling in line with lower inflation with most recent settlements running at 3% to 4.5%, according to a report today. Research into 58 pay agreements showed most were at the lower end of the range. Analysts Incomes Data Services said the introduction of a minimum wage has led to relatively high increases for lower-paid workers.
