a major redevelopment of one of Skye's best-known tourist destinations was announced yesterday, giving the island its first five-star hotel. The Cuillin Hills Hotel in Portree is to undergo a #2.6m transformation with backing from the local enterprise company.
The project will include a new function suite, restaurant, additional bedrooms, swimming pool, and leisure facilities.
