POLICE are investigating a suspected robbery at a Post Office in a Southampton street.
Three masked men raided the Portswood Road branch this morning and made off with what police say is a 'large quantity' of money.
They made their way behind the counter before making off with a grey or black cashier's tray containing money.
They quickly fled the scene in a silver Vauxhall Astra where they were seen driving in the direction of Brookvale Road.
Hampshire police say none of the staff in the store were threatened or harmed and they have now released descriptions of the suspects.
They are looking for a stocky white man who was wearing an orange bandana, another man of similar appearance who wore a black hooded top with a face covering.
The third suspect is white, skinny build and was wearing a grey hooded top and has a mask or scarf across his face.
The shop where the Post Office is located also sells computer equipment as the Portswood Computer Centre.
