WE HAVE seen scores of youngsters, adults and pets dressed up to the nines as Disney’s most famous princesses.

Since its release two years ago there has been a fan frenzy for the hit animation Frozen and after news that there would be a sequel the Daily Echo wanted to celebrate.

So we asked people across Hampshire to send in their photos of little Elsas and Annas for the Frozen Idol competition, looking for the county’s biggest fans.

Now the wait is over as we can reveal all the budding princesses who will be hoping to win a host of themed goodies and a message from Hampshire’s very own professional Elsa impersonator, 32-year-old Jade Armitage. They are looking for readers to help by voting for their favourite out of almost 60 entrants.

These include Elsa Murphy, 5, from Basingstoke, who suffers from cerebral palsy but her grandmother Addy has said she is a real-life princess for being so brave and such an amazing little girl.

Bishop’s Waltham mum Anni Cole, 26, has been working the children’s party circuit for the past year. Her husband Danny said: “I think my wife is one of the best adult lookalikes in Hampshire, but I could be biased. She is always getting compliments when people see her. It’s great and she is a real fan of the film.”

And sisters Kayley and Taylah love the film so much that even their pet dog has a costume to look like the lovable reindeer Sven.

Kayley, seven, and Taylah, five, from Lee-On-the-Solent, watch Frozen at least once a week, have |singalong sessions on the school run and Taylah even has a Frozen-themed den in her bedroom.

Their mum, Sabine, said: “They are such sweet and caring girls. Taylah is completely obsessed with Frozen. I think Kayley does it mostly because her little sister loves it but they both adore the film.”

She added: “They’ve even got our dog involved. Spike is a nine-month-old Chihuahua but to my girls he is Sven. It’s great fun really and it keeps them happy.”

Now readers will have a week to send in their votes and choose the winner.

To vote, pick up a copy of Saturday's Daily Echo and phone the number below your favourite Elsa.
