A CORNUCOPIA of food was on offer when a Southampton church hosted a festival celebrated cuisine from around the world.
Families of foodies went to St Mary's Church to savour the global culinary delights cooked up as part of the Community Food Festival.
Amateur and professional chefs from across Hampshire came to serve the up sweet, spicy and savoury samples which came from as far afield as Iraq, Cameroon, the Caribbean and south Asia.
Organised through Chances4Change in partnership with the city centre church families enjoyed eating food in the summer sunshine and took part in a drumming workshop, or make their own smoothies with a static bike.

The festival was designed to get people to embrace different cultures from across the city and for people to be adventurous in their cooking.
Organiser Kolade Bolorunduro said: “The idea is to get people cooking and tasting as many different cuisines as possible. We do have a good range in our diet but there could always be more."
Among those cooking up treats was David Curtis of Curb, (pictured above) which takes food which would otherwise be wasted and turns it into dishes for free.
