THERE were smiling faces and lots of fun and games as families gathered for at the annual church fete in Durley.
Held at the gardens of Wintershill Hall, thanks to the owned by the Balfour family, the fete included everything from splat the rat to tricks with £20 notes.
It was opened by local author David Warr as Rev Gregg Mensingh looked on.
Children from Durley Church of England Primary School entertained the crowds with their drumming and angelic singing.
Children and staff from the Ladybirds Pre School also attended and and the staff joined in with the singing with the little ones.
