The M27
MOTORISTS are facing long tailbacks this morning after a car transporter broke down on a Hampshire motorway.
The vehicle broke down on the roundabout between junction three of the M27 and the M271, blocking a lane.
Drivers are facing slow traffic on the M271 northbound from junction one at Nursling.
