Hayley and Norm Steel are determined that the death of their newborn girl could be turned into a positive.

On September 28, 250 guests will pack the Hampshire Rose Bowl for Phoebe's Ball, a black tie charity night that aims to mark Phoebe's first birthday - and raise £25,000 in the process.
