LAST NIGHT we were treated to a blue moon - a second full moon in a calendar month - andHampshire's photographers made the most of the occasion.
On the Daily Echo's flickr group, member Calshot Observer shared the fantastic image at the top of this article.
Below, we have collated some of the images taken in Hampshire of the celestial event - which happens roughly once every 30 months.
