FOLLOWING two successful UK tours Mari Wilson returns with her new show.

The singer will make a Hampshire stop with Ready Steady Girls.

It features unique interpretations of the songs that influenced her when she was growing up.

The 18-date tour pays homage to iconic classics by Petula Clarke, Cilla Black and others.

Mari is best known for her UK top-10 single Just What I Always Wanted in 1982 and her beehive hairdo.

In 2000, Mari was the obvious choice to play Dusty Springfield on the hugely successful UK tour of Dusty the Musical.

The latest tour, which comes to the Concorde Club at Eastleigh in October follows her sell-out 2014 performances – Mari Sings Dusty.

But now Mari launches her new show.

It sees the singer embark on her personal, emotional and often hilarious journey through life.

In September the Mari will release an album featuring songs from Ready Steady Girls.

Tickets are now on sale for Mari Wilson at The Concorde Club on October 16.
