Dock Gate 20
A SOUTHAMPTON dock gate was closed by police this morning.
Officers blocked off access to Dock Gate 20 and diverted people to Dock Gate 10.
The closure was due to an overturned lorry and the road was shut for around two hours.
The articulated lorry became stuck while attempting to drive around the roundabout at the dock gate and traffic is building up around the Millbrook Flyyover roundabout.
Dock workers and a team from Boarhunt Garage have returned the lorry to an upright position and the road was cleared by around 8.15am.
