A HAMPSHIRE woman died following a fall at her home.
Winchester Coroner's Court heard how Margaret Martin, 95, from Milford on Sea had suffered the fall at home in Knowland Drive.
The inquest heard how Mrs Martin who suffers from dementia fractured three ribs when she getting off a chair on May 21.
She was visited by a doctor from Milford Medical Centre, who said she had probably cracked a rib and had no complications and she could be treated at her home by her husband Christopher Martin.
Mrs Martin’s condition worsened and she was admitted to Lymington New Forest Hospital on May 25 and passed away on May 30 of pneumonia and dementia.
Coroner Grahame Short recorded a verdict of accidental death.
