Opportunity missed
SHOULD a community-managed library not emerge in Weston over the coming months, it will not be the fault of the city council.
The fault would lie with local community groups without the bottle to have a go.
A brand new space is being made freely available by the council, presently for community use. There is also the offer of considerable, ongoing support.
If a community-managed library did open, it would be a golden opportunity missed!
