Garage could be converted
A RESIDENT wants to convert his garage.
He has applied for planning permission at his home in Malmesbury Road, Fair Oak to create a two storey extension by extending the house and converting an existing detached garage into a toilet storage area with a games room above.
A planning application has been submitted to Eastleigh Borough Council for consideration and a consultation ends on September 9.
