Motorists facing delays on A31
MOTORISTS on the A31 are facing long delays this morning due to heavy traffic.
Traffic on the westbound carriageway between the M27 and A338 is very slow, leading to delays of at least 20 minutes.
Normal traffic conditions are expected to resume from 10.30am.
