The Daily Echo has teamed up with Oxygen Free Jumping – the new £1.5m trampoline park that opens its doors in the city next month.

As this paper revealed yesterday, the 25,000 square foot trampoline park, only the second of the organisation's elite freejumping parks, will have over 100 trampolines in its brand-new home in Antelope Road Retail Park, on Bursledon Road.

Following the success of the firm's first Acton site, Oxygen Free Jumping Southampton will be bigger and better, with an even larger obstacle course, a 3,500ft mezzanine, two dodgeball courts, an airbag and walls the jumpers can walk up.

Now we want you to send us your images of you or someone you know wearing a favourite Christmas jumper as part of the #christmasjumper campaign.

For every photo added to the campaign Oxygen Free Jumping will donate ten free tickets to local school kids to enjoy the fantastic new park until the total of 1,000 is reached.

And as an incentive to make your image as bouncy as possible by leaping for joy in the your festive jumper, the Daily Echo will choose ten photos to win tickets to the park for themselves. There will be five pairs of tickets and five tickets for families or groups of four.

The photos don't have to show a jumper-wearer leaping around, but this is your opportunity to get granny to don that festive sweater you bought her last Christmas – or even sport this year's new number – and bounce on the sofa, the bed, or simply jig for joy.

To enter, tweet image to the Daily Echo@dailyecho – but make certain you include #christmasjumper.

You can also get it to use via our website.

James Bond star and the recognised founder of freerunning, Sebastian Foucan, helped to design the Southampton site, ensuring the ultimate bouncy experience. Foucan, who played a memorable role in Bond's Casino Royale, is Oxygen's Freejumping resident expert and will be on hand to impress and inspire jumpers.

David Stalker, chief executive at Oxygen Freejumping said: "We are so excited to launch our new Oxygen Freejumping park in Southampton. The city is renowned for its sporting prowess and we hope to inspire a new generation of jumpers to get fit and have fun doing it. We can't wait to see you all there, just remember all you need to get started is a pair of our striking yellow jump socks and a burst of energy!"

The competition runs until New Year's Day – so plenty of time to snap friends and family and the dog wearing those Christmas jumper prezzies and send them to the Daily Echo.
