A YOUNG man seriously injured in a car crash is still in a critical condition in hospital.
Three men were in the car, and they were all taken to Southampton General Hospital.
A 23-year-old passenger suffered serious head injuries and his condition is described as life-threatening. Hampshire police have confirmed he is still in a ‘critical’ condition.
Police added that a 24-year-old passenger who suffered a back injury condition has improved. The 23-year-old driver suffered minor injuries.
The accident happened close to Alresford Salads in Nythe Cottages on Friday morning at 12.30am.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the car shortly before the incident or who were in the area at the time to come forward.
