CONCERNS are growing for a 12-year-old girl who has gone missing.
Chloe Harrison was last seen at about 9.30pm last night and a search has been launched to find her.
She was last seen by a friend who left her at a bus stop at Newport Bus Station on the Isle of Wight.
She was meant to get on a bus to get back to her home in Ventnor but did not return home and has not made contact with her family.
A spokesman for Hampshire police said: "This type of behaviour is out of character for Chloe and her family are growing increasingly concerned for her safety."
She is described as white, about 5ft 2ins tall, of slight build, with straight shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a pink hooded top.
Anyone who has seen her should contact the police on 101, quoting reference 44160052486.
