ONE of Britain’s biggest music superstars is set to play at a Hampshire music festival.
Noel Gallagher, who shot to fame with Britpop legends Oasis, will perform with his new band High Flying Birds at Victorious Festival in Southsea.
The group will be joined by the Mark Ronson, the Manic Street Preachers, the Levellers, Ash, and The Coral.
The festival has been successful in previous years and previous artists to grace the stage include Tinie Tempah, the Flaming Lips, Basement Jaxx, and the Fratellis.
It will be held at Southsea Common on August 27 and 28 and organisers expect to bring in 120,000 fans over two days.
