RONAN Keating has announced he will be playing a date in Bournemouth as part of his 2016 Autumn UK tour.

Ronan plays the BIC on Saturday October 1. Tickets will go on sale on Friday February 12 from 9am.

He will be touring his tenth solo studio album, aptly entitled Time Of My Life, which will be released on Friday February 12.

Speaking about the album, Ronan said: “This is the music I’ve always wanted to make. This is who I am and it feels absolutely right. To go out with all this new material, and playing guitar, will be so exciting. These songs were written for live performance”.

After his phenomenal success with Boyzone, Ronan Keating became a huge solo star on the back of his single 'When You Say Nothing At All' forming the soundtrack to 'Notting Hill' and going to number one in 20 countries. He's sold 22 million records on his own, after selling 40 million more with his previous group, and is known too for his judging role on Australia's 'X Factor'.

He says the inspiration for the new album, based on the simple sounds of acoustic guitar and his distinctive voice, comes from his newfound happiness with his second wife Storm, whom he married last August.

The father of three says he has dug deep and is unafraid of wearing his heart on his sleeve for this album, which finds him in a genuinely contented place in life and love. These are instantly affecting songs of celebration and emotion, of love and loss and, more importantly, honesty.
