A motorcylist has died after a crash on a Hampshire road.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash where the motorcyclist died.
It happened on Blacknest Road, opposite the Jolly Farmer Pub in Blacknest around 8.50pm on Sunday.
The 52-year-old motorcyclist from Ash in Surrey was riding a black Harley Davidson Softail.
It appears he braked heavily for some reason as he travelled south-east along the road and came off his bike.
He died at the scene from his injuries.
It’s believed a second motorcyclist was on a similar bike was using that stretch of the road at the same time.
Police would now like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or two motorbikes near the area where the crash happened between around 8.40 and 8.50pm.
The road was closed for five hours while specialist officers conducted a detailed examination of the scene.
A 50-year-old Camberley man was arrested in connection with the crash and has since been released on bail while investigations continue until September 6.
