WOULD you change your vote?

The nation has been thrown into turmoil since the hugely controversial EU referendum, which resulted in a 52-48 victory for the Leave campaign.

Numerous media outlets have revealed interviews with Leave voters who said they would change their decision if the referendum was run again.

One voter, who identified himself as Adam from Manchester, said during a television interview that he didn't expect the consequences of his vote.

He said: "I didn't think that was going to happen.

"My vote - I didn't think it was going to matter too much because I thought we were just going to remain.

"The David Cameron resignation has blown me away to be honest.

"I think the period of uncertainty we’re going to have for the next few months has been magnified, so I’m quite worried."

A Daily Echo Twitter poll on the day of the referendum, which can be viewed below, revealed that 58 per cent of respondents said they would vote Leave.
