Traffic 'at standstill' on major Hampshire route
MORE than five miles of tailbacks have left motorists suffering lengthy delays on a major Hampshire route this evening.
Queueing traffic has been reported on the A31 eastbound stretching several miles.
Traffic reports are showing that the carriageway has been partially blocked due to broken down car at Poulner Hill.
Conjestion has been reported backing up past Ringwood.
