A TEENAGE woman was robbed by a gang of men in a late-night Southampton incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the robbery, which happened just after midnight on Monday.
The 19-year-old victim was approached by four men in hooded tops at the junction of Portswood Road and Osborne Road North in Portswood.
One of them men took £20 cash from her handbag before the group left and headed in the direction of Sainsbury's.
The men were described as being white, in their early 20s and wearing deep hoodies, while one was said to speak in a deep voice.
The woman was not assaulted and was not injured.
Detective Constable Martin Brewer from the Western Investigation Team said: “If you were in the area and saw these men, I would like to speak to you.”
