NO charges will be brought against three men arrested on suspicion of murdering a Hampshire man.
Michael Freshwater, 49, died at about 4pm on Friday, April 29, after being stabbed in Westridge Road, Southampton.
More than ten people have been arrested as part of the police investigation and a number have been charged with drugs offences.
Officers arrested and interviewed a 23-year-old man and a 21-year-old man from London and a 17-year-old boy from Kent on suspicion of murder.
But the Crown Prosecution Service has advised Hampshire Constabulary that no further action should be taken against any of the men.
