POLICE are stepping up their search for a Hampshire man who has now been missing for ten days.

Phillip McCormack, 29, was last seen on November 17 and has not been in contact with any friends or family since.

His friends and family are growing increasing concerned about his whereabouts as his disappearance was described as being completely out of character.

Phillip, who lives in Ambrose Corner, Lymington, is described as being white, five feet ten inches tall, of a slim build, and had long dark blonde or mousey brown hair.

He wears glasses and was last seen wearing jogging bottoms and a brown leather jacket.

Phillip was also possibly last seen wearing a baseball cap.

A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said they have released another photo of Mr McCormack in the hope someone will recognise him, although he has a slightly different haircut.

A spokesman for Hampshire police said:“We have issued a photo of Mr McCormack but this shows him with shorter hair than he has now.”

The constabulary is appealing for anyone who has any information about the 29-year-old’s whereabouts to come forward to help locate him.

The spokesman said the police were asking the public: “Have you seen anyone matching this description in the last few days? Do you know where he is?”

Anyone with information is asked to call Hampshire on 101, quoting 44160436255.
