A LARGE house in Winchester could be knocked down and redeveloped into 10 homes.
Hazeley Developments’ scheme is to build a mixture of flats and homes at 63 Andover Road.
Their planning application that has been submitted to Winchester City Council states they aim to build six two bedroom flats and four three-bedroom semi-detached houses which would go on the open market.
The site will have a single block of apartments to the front of the site fronting Andover Road and four homes to the rear.
Each of the buildings will be two-storeys in height, and the buildings will be served with an access road and 17 parking spaces in the middle of the site.
Planners are likely to make a decision by December 21.
