ALAN Whitehead MP voting against triggering Article 50 is not only out of touch with the majority of his constituents but he is out of touch with the EU in that their economic performance is the worst on this planet and they have huge unemployment.
On the February 14, the EU Parliament in Strasbourg were debating the future of the EU and quite a large number of countries in the EU, if given the choice of a referendum to leave the EU, would leave.
So Alan Whitehead is backing a loser and on the next Parliamentary election the voters can have their say whether he stays or goes.
