A police hunt has been launched after a man was attacked in Hampshire.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the assaulted in Basingstoke.
A 53-year-old man was walking between Dryden Close and Shakespeare Road.
The incident happened at around 6.30pm on February 18 when he was assaulted by a man.
The victim suffered a minor injury to his head and another to his hand.
He received treatment at North Hampshire Hospital.
Officers investigating the assault would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time who may have witnessed what happened or saw anyone acting suspiciously.
