POLICE have cordoned off a house in a Hampshire town after a man was found with a serious injury to his neck.
Officers discovered the 42-year-old man at a house in Yarn Walk, Andover after being called to the property at 4.18am today.
The man was taken to Salisbury Hospital for treatment on the serious, but not life threatening, injury.
Officers are still at the house in Yarn Walk and have cordoned off the property.
A 34-year-old man from Andover has been arrested in connection with this incident and is currently in police custody.
