Among the cases that have been heard at Southampton Magistrates Court were:

Cameron Mirza, 36, of Anson Drive, Southampton. Pleaded guilty of attempting to steal a pair of sunglasses. Fined £250 compensation.

Tomasz Pawel Gorczyca, 29, of Bassett Green Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing a pedal cycle to the value of £500. Fined £100 and compensation £500.

Rosemary Clare Elisa Ghislanzoni, 18, of Victoria Road, Netley Abbey. Pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £180, £30 victim surcharge services and £85 costs.

Jamie Robert John Sarginson, 28, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to sending Facebook messages which were prohibited under a restraining order. Ordered to pay £115 victim services surcharge.

Adam Spencer, 34, of High Street, Lymington. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Banned for two years and fined £600. Ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge service of £85.

Pawel Ryszard Szymanski, 33, of Osborn Road South, Portswood, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Sent to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to complete a drink impaired drivers programme and 100 hours community service. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge service.

Saud Rakan Mashhour Alyaeesh, 24, of Ocean Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving with excess alcohol. Fined £440, victim surcharge services £44 and £85 costs.

Conor Richard Elsey, 21, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without insurance and without a license at Eastleigh. Fined £50, compensation of £45.52, victim surcharge services of £30 and £25 costs.

Carl Paul Jennings, 43, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing perfume to the value of £44.20 belonging to John Lewis. Fined £80, £30 victim surcharge services and £40 costs.

Eddy Hilden, 49, of Scallows Lane, Romsey, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable. Conditional discharge for 12 months, fined £40 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Terry Anthony Palmer, 46, of Sycamore Road, Bishops Waltham. Pleaded guilty to stealing cosmetics worth £890.50 and being in possession a cannabis. Handed a community order with a six month drug rehabilitation requirement, fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £25 costs.

Craig James Fisher, 30, of Colby Street, Southampton. Found guilty of drug driving. Given 12 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months and a rehabilitation activity requirement. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115, costs of £620 and banned for three years.

Hector Garcia-Montelong, 40, Bullar Street, Southampton. Proved in absence of driving at 35 miles per hour in 30 miles per hour limit. Garcia-Montelong was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £620. Licence endorsed with three points.

Martin Phillip Ralfs, 58, of Whitworth Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Handed a community order with 25 days rehabilitation work, fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.

Jack Louis Bernier, 75, of Hobart Drive, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Two-year conditional discharge and a five-year restraining order. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs.

Lee David Bremner Atyeo, 30, of Butts Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to stop at a traffic light. Fined £112, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £310 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Panthjit Singh, 27, of Bitterne Road West. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, without insurance and without a licence. Fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
